In Meredith, we are the largest restaurant in the Lakes Region with 500 seats. Our new Manchester continues the same great traditions. All our meals are prepared with the same painstaking care as by the best cooks who prepare food for their families and guests. To tempt your taste buds, all our pies, pastries and ice cream are prepared right here in our own kitchens.
Our extensive menu includes full portion entrees for the "Harty" appetite, a mini-menu for the "less that Harty" appetite and a children's menu for ages 12 and under.
Some of Hart’s statistics are as follows: on a busy day we serve over one ton of turkey, 40 gallons of gravy, 1,000 pounds of fresh potatoes, 4,000 dinner rolls and over 100 pies. Hart’s point of view has always been, “if you want it done right, do it yourself,” so practically everything is made right here on the premises, including relishes, salad dressings, fresh whipped potatoes, gravies, soups and chowders (made from simmered rich stocks), delicious pies, dinner rolls, puddings and other tasty delights such as Hart’s premium ice cream. Our tender roasted turkeys are expertly prepared so you may enjoy our famous turkey dinners. All our meals are prepared with the same painstaking care with which the best cooks prepare food for their own families and guests.
