| Some of Hart’s statistics are as follows: on a busy day we serve over one ton of turkey, 40 gallons of gravy, 1,000 pounds of fresh potatoes, 4,000 dinner rolls and over 100 pies. Hart’s point of view has always been, “if you want it done right, do it yourself,” so practically everything is made right here on the premises, including relishes, salad dressings, fresh whipped potatoes, gravies, soups and chowders (made from simmered rich stocks), delicious pies, dinner rolls, puddings and other tasty delights such as Hart’s premium ice cream.
